Adrian and Logan worked tirelessly for the sale of both units in 63 Pratt rd. When both properties didn’t sell together, they put us onto Steve Hawkins who professionally Strata titled the property so they could be sold separately. Just as an aside, Logan is the queen of good news!

We contacted Adrian after he helped my parents sell and purchase their home. We were looking to relocate from Perth to the South West. Adrian and Logan worked with us to recommend homes that were in our price range and what we were looking for. Logan showed us a home to which we spent an hour at on the Saturday and another 45 minutes on the Sunday confirming it was the house we wanted. Logan was patient and so kind working with getting an offer written up and accepted on that Sunday before we returned to Perth on the Monday. We highly recommend the Triplett Team!
