When handing me the keys we found that a lot of the paperwork for appliances was not left for me to check. However, Brock did respond by email with two booklets on Air conditioner set up and security one as well. I had to get a friend to set it up and he found 27 logins for people on it to be able to turn off alarm. So, he deleted them all. Unfortunately, I discovered after looking around to find the cleaners did not do a good job.

Kim has great market knowledge and is def. a good agent for the seller. In this case we were the buyers however our rights were also protected by Kim. Would have appreciated a heads up about the timing of our building inspection as the date was in the contract but we missed the window for things to be fixed. Other than that Kim looked after every detail with precision and was able to arrange our keys straight after settlement which was a great outcome.
