I had just purchased an investment property in Rockingham and I live in Sydney. The Property Management of the property at the time I purchased it, were a mess and wouldn't return phone calls or emails. The property was about to settle and I was very anxious to find a Property Manager that I could trust and feel confident with, especially being in another state.
