About Cassandra

Cassandra has been a property inspector for nearly 3 years, doing PCRs, Finals and Routines for both residential and commercial properties. This is her first role as a property manager and she is looking forward to learning the role and building relationships with clients and tenants. In her free time she enjoys spending time wither her 2 teenage kids and her mini dachshund Lewis. She also enjoys baking, yoga, doing craft projects with her daughter, listening to her son play drums (apparently he is going to be a rock star), and binge watching tv shows. We are so excited to have Cassandra on board and looking forward to seeing how well she does in the role.

Initially starting in reception, Kim quickly gained her sales license and now works in Property Management. A lover of the outdoors, when she isn’t in the office Kim spends her time at the beach, playing netball or 4WDriving.

Sam has enjoyed working in real estate and following two years spent as a leasing manager in Victoria, she is now building on her property experience in the Summit Realty strata team. She considers herself a people person and loves working with people and building relationships with her clients. Sam moved to WA with her young family a year ago and loves their new lifestyle, including going to the beach with their paddleboards.

I couldn’t have felt more at ease when inspecting , no rush, the lady doing the presentation, tops !

The ladies I have had dealings with re my inquiry for a rental , have proved that they are, to put it in plain Aussie, a “ Full Bottle “ regards their professional approach and easy going , yet business like attitude !!

Great communication

Once i got approval for the property, i wasnt waiting very long for lease agreement to sign and pay the bond. Very professional and great communication with Summit Realty.
