The service from the beginning was consistently professional, value congruent, courteous and second to none. The 'rental market' is generally a little bleak as a consumer, and Amanda and Coral offered much-needed respite. Amanda demonstrated patience and kindness in all interactions; she knew the properties she was presenting and listened to my needs effectively regarding suitability. She demonstrated good rapport, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was objectively aware of the difficulties I experienced. I was unfamiliar with the process associated with choosing and applying for rentals. She was clear and concise in her interactions, kept me updated regarding any developments, and went beyond what would be expected—making each part of the process as simple as possible. I told her she was an angel in disguise. She shone light through the metaphorical darkness. Coral supported me significantly through the labyrinth of paperwork and documentation again, and I was comfortable that I could trust she knew precisely what she was doing. (when I didn't have a clue) Coral demonstrated outstanding leadership, and I was happy to lead such a capable professional. Coral kept was in regular contact with me and directed me from points A-B by the most efficient route possible. She was very flexible in her assistance, aware that I was travelling long distances to attend the office, and offered to stay late to assist with the keys' handover. Summit Realty, I'm sure, is aware of the star qualities of the professionals as stated above, which are ultimately the face of the company's values. I much appreciated the kindness, patience, and leadership skills of the staff I encountered. They are undoubtedly good at what they do as they have passion and pride in their roles within the company.
