If you want honesty and integrity, this is certainly the agent you should be using. Hard-working is an understatement. I emailed once late Sunday night and I got a reply that evening (which I was not expecting). There was also an issue with our buyers finances and she jumped on it straight away and fixed it! She got the house sold very quick and extremely professionally. I certainly wish I had used Kim for the sales of my previous properties. DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOU SELLING OR BUYING AGENT THIS IS HONEST TRUTH Missing appointments with out letting you know, communication wise horrible mostly never respond to e-mails and message. Left the rubbish at the property we purchase witch was been discussed twice and confirmed. Let us purches the property with structural damage. Not responded to building inspection . Never provided the Certificate n Safety for Electricity.

As a buyer, I found it very disappointing to deal as every single request from my side was rejected. Unless your request is very specifically mentioned in the contract, you can't expect even the smallest of things (for example, cleaning/mowing before settlement) as a goodwill. Very presumptuous and doesn't even care to ask seller if they would be ready to fulfil some of the buyers small asks. Since the contracts are too generic in nature, whatever I asked to be fixed before settlement was turned down as there is no specific mention in the contract. Even some of the major defects from building inspections were not fixed as they know I am an interstate buyer and won't care to take it to courts. Not the right attitude. She could be a good seller agent, but won't recommend for buying.
