Extremely Professional and on the ball

I had just purchased an investment property in Rockingham and I live in Sydney. The Property Management of the property at the time I purchased it, were a mess and wouldn't return phone calls or emails. The property was about to settle and I was very anxious to find a Property Manager that I could trust and feel confident with, especially being in another state. I used the online chat feature at Summit Realty website when I was researching and Samantha got back to me via telephone within minutes. I couldn't believe it. From there, Summit took over my Property Management and I have had constant communication and I am kept up to date with anything that is happening with the property. The fee's are very reasonable. When the current tenant vacated, Summit Realty had a new tenant within a week. I highly recommend Summit Realty and their team.
