He took on a real challenge when given the task of selling my acreage property on top of Buderim. Chris is an "old school straight talker" who has been an outstanding intermediary between me as the buyer and the seller. My house purchase was complicated by many factors and a cool head in a vicious market made the difference in the acquisition. Chris is experienced, knows the area and has "seen it all" before so I have no hesitation in recommending him. Another agent would have just consigned this property sale / purchase to the "too hard basket". Nice chap too.
