Dave is one of the nicest and most genuine people you will meet. We originally bought our investment property through him around 15 years ago and he has maintained his genuine demeanour since then. It was because he was an honest easy going person with vast knowledge, experience and obvious contacts that we decided to give him the property to sell recently. He did an Oscar winning performance in the video to feature our property and it must of worked as he managed to get a realistic offer on the property within weeks of placing the property on the market. We are ecstatic with the sale price, the process and the whole experience. Dave is our man when it comes to Real Estate purchasing and selling. We viewed the house that we eventually bought during an open house. We resided over 8 hours away so the majority of our transactions were done via phone and email. Dave was always responsive, generally taking my calls first time, or returning them within 1/2 hr. He was always positive and very friendly. When we travelled up for pre-exchange and pre-settlement inspections, Dave was accommodating to our schedule and always made himself available. He also has a great understanding of the area, down to coffee shops, etc. When it comes time to sell the beautiful home that we have just moved into, we will definitely use Dave (if he’s still working at that time 😝). We thoroughly recommend him for a smooth transaction, whether you’re buying or selling.
