Successful Sale of Family Property

Max was extremely helpful from the outset, providing a realistic market value/appraisal, excellent advice around the preparation and presentation of the property, advertising strategy, competitive fee structure and in particular keeping us regularly informed during the sale process. Sold with ease and an excellent outcome
Andrew Brown of Surf Coast Real Estate was a delight to work with. Andrew advised us on the best way to approach selling our holiday home. He established credibility with us quickly given we knew the market well and found his advice to always be spot on. Max Dolman - Sale of our property at 71 Fifth Avenue, Anglesea, Vicoria
Our first contact with Max Dolman of Surf Coast Real Estate was very positive and we felt at ease in our discussions with him. Attention was paid to detail, our calls were promptly returned, and we had many! Any query was fully explained and explored in detail. Unfortunately, due to my wife's ill-health we had quite a hiatus, but Max was extremely understanding & thoughtful during this time, which we thoroughly appreciated - a great 'human' aspect! Max and staff were totally committed to the sale of our property during the Marketing and subsequent Auction, giving weekly reports and telephone contact when required. Whilst the property did not sell at Auction, Max was confident and ensured us that it would only be a matter of weeks before we sold. He was absolutely correct and they achieved our price within a short period of time. The professionalism and friendly manner shown to us by Max Dolman and Andrew Brown, during this whole process was greatly appreciated.
