Selling an Independent Living Unit can be a big ask - took over a year's commitment from Don and his team. He had sold the unit to my Mother a few years ago and was committed to trying to get best price for us in a market that can be very difficult, without our need to overspend in a vague hope. Keith sold us our dream home and we were impressed enough being on the recieving end of his sales work to offer him the opportunity to sell our old one so we could afford the dream. That he managed to do this in amongst the craziness of the early days of Covid-19 is a testament to his perserverance. In a landscape that was rapidly changing he really did the hard work to land the sale for which we will always be grateful. That he did it with good humour and patience and integrity makes him a good man.

This sale was made very comfortable by Don and was straight to the point. There was not the typical real estate nonsense you normal get with the facts and asking prices. His Knowledge about the area and housing market was on point. This made it very easy to make our final decision to buy this property. He was very flexible with time to come and have a builders inspection and was not rushed on time for the inspection to take place. We would recommend him to other people and will be seeing him in the future
