Selling made easy!

Excellent local expert
Don was recommended to me by a friend after my property was passed in at auction with another agent and the other agent didn’t seem to know how to sell my particular property. Don has a lot of knowledge and experience which were evident as well as many contacts. He sold my property for a price I was very happy with before the advertising was even up. For the property management side, Linda is also excellent as her experience and conscientious shows through I would definitely recommend both Don and Linda for buying, selling, and property management

Great Agent
Don is a genuine and professional agent. It was our first time buying a investment property so we were unaware about a lot of things however Don was always available to answer all of our questions which was very helpful. A needle in a haystack
Don is seriously a needle in and haystack... an amazing agent is hard to find these days. At the time we purchased our property, the market in Melbourne was booming and to get an agent to actually listen to your needs and help you find a property was near impossible, until I met Don. One of Don’s team came up and introduced himself and asked me my needs at a property, he then introduced me to Don. Don then took the time out to personally show me another property he thought we would be interested in, but it wasn’t for us. Don then had another idea for one last property to show me, it wasn’t even in an area we were looking in, however I trusted Don and feel in love the minute I laid eyes on it. My partner came and saw it the next day and we put an offer in that same day and the deal was done. Don & Linda at Surreal Property now manage this property for us with our Tenant and obviously do a fantastic job. I cannot reccomend their services highly enough and will not be using any other agent ever for any of my property needs now or in the future.

Happy seller
I was very happy with the work of Don and his team at Surreal. I felt he provided a personalised service. Don had a plan as to how to best sell my property and was always interested in achieving the best result for myself. Don communicated well and kept me informed as to the progress of the sale. In the end he achieved a very good result in a slowing market. I am very happy with my experience with Surreal and would recommend Surreal as the agent to sell your property.
