Going Above & Beyond

Selling an Independent Living Unit can be a big ask - took over a year's commitment from Don and his team. He had sold the unit to my Mother a few years ago and was committed to trying to get best price for us in a market that can be very difficult, without our need to overspend in a vague hope. He is a matter of fact person, whilst being sensitive to potential buyers concerns. I believe he is forthright character. That is why we went back to him of a 2nd time.

Integrity and Perserverance

Keith sold us our dream home and we were impressed enough being on the recieving end of his sales work to offer him the opportunity to sell our old one so we could afford the dream. That he managed to do this in amongst the craziness of the early days of Covid-19 is a testament to his perserverance. In a landscape that was rapidly changing he really did the hard work to land the sale for which we will always be grateful. That he did it with good humour and patience and integrity makes him a good man.

A Surreal experience

Having met Don through unusual circumstances a few years earlier I discerned an honesty of character, strong knowledge base in respect to real estate and a genuine commitment to achieve top price. I knew then if I ever sell a house SURREAL would be my first and only call as my agent of choice. Excellent Service

Having moved to NSW and trying to sell my VIC property from another state, I thought the experience would be difficult, but Don made it so easy and stress free! Not only that, he got me a great price! Don helped me through some obstacles and made me feel supported through the whole process, ALL over the phone and via email, we didn’t actually meet face to face! Thank you Don!!!

5 star service with a smile!

Keith was unlike any other agent I had encountered in the best possible ways. He was knowledgable, trustworthy, didn't put any pressure on myself as a first-time home owner and was so lovely to deal with. Best Agent in Town!!

I recently purchased my first home and it was an amazing experience purely as a result of Don! Don was honest and upfront, easy to communicate with and although agents work on behalf of the vendor, I know that Don wanted this for me just as much as I did. Don will be the first agent I go to when it comes to moving onto home number 2 in a decade or so. Thanks again Don :)
