Nervous Seller Makes Good.
Don Mitrevski and the staff at Stockdale and Leggo, Bayswater were excellent. I was a nervous seller, leaving my home of 50 years, and Don took the time to let me work through the best way to sell my property without pressure of any sort. Don knows his business and his experience and expertise got me top dollar for my property. He's easy to get on with, loves his job and I found him to be genuine and considerate. If I had another house to sell, I'd put it in Don's capable hands.

Great Job!
Don did a great job of not only selling our house but also getting us more than we had asked for AND our preferred short settlement. He kept us updated on a way that suited us. I would thoroughly recommend Don to anyone, just make sure you ask him to slow his words down a bit, he is a busy man and it shows in the way he communicates!

Sale of the family property
We chose Stockdale & Leggo Bayswater to sell our family home because they were local and advertised on the same Community Radio station as the company I work for. My experience with Don and his staff was nothing short of remarkable. From the day the property was inspected up until and after the sale was completed it was all conducted in a most professional manner. I was kept advised all of the time of the progress that was being made, days of open house etc, offers received up until accepting the final offer I would have NO hesitation in recommending Don and his staff to other potential sellers ( or purchasers) for that matter.

Don is FABULOUS - Dont go Anywhere else!!
We couldn't be happier with what Don achieved for us during the sale of our property! Unlike most other agents in the area, Don has genuine integrity, warmth, market knowledge and OUTSTANDING negotiation skills. We felt that this was definately lacking when we assessed OTHER agencies in the area. It was Don's lack of arrogance and his very fair assessment of the value of our home that led us to list our home with him. He did not over-value nor did he under-value our home but presented factual information to assess the true and fair value of our home. He was respectful of both our wishes and that of our purchaser and he maintained his integrity throughout the whole negotiation process, always keeping us informed and at ease. We would not hesitate to recommend Don to anyone - whether you are even THINKING of selling - call Don, you'll be glad you did!
