Adrian and Freddy from Sweeney in Caroline Springs were friendly and very helpful. They made the process as easy and stress free as possible from sourcing a staging company (who did a fabulous job) to a gardener to maintain our landscape before sale. They were willing to negotiate their commission as well to work within my budget. They helped to organise assistance in funding through CampaignAgent. However I was unhappy that we were not able to sell our house for anywhere near the price we were quoted in the contract or what I wanted/expected. I did not really agree with the marketing strategy they employed. However at the end of the day, I chose to accept the lower sale price and they did manage to sell our house in the first campaign through auction. All in all, I can’t fault their professionalism. They made the entire sale process as smooth and easy for me as possible, during a stressful time.
