Freddy was efficient, friendly, helpful, professional, honest and always answered any queries promptly. And also we received a lovely gift when we picked up the keys, wine and wine glasses and mints in a lovely presentation box. A very nice touch and welcomed! Great customer service from Freddy and Sweeney's. Also the lady on reception stayed back to give us the keys at the end of the day so thank you to her - please pass on if you can.
