Fantastic result for a quick sale, from the initial appraisal, through to help with staging, then marketing and negotiation. Once our sale contracts were ready Adrian (and team) got us our result within a week. Sweeney offered a variable commission range, with the final payment at our discretion and dependent on our satisfaction - let's just say we didn't hesitate to pay at the upper end. Well done Adrian. It is not easy to be seen as the best agent from buyers and sellers' point of view. However, I can say that Adrian has been an absolute pleasure to buy the property from.
