We are first home buyers and have been in the market looking for our first home for a real long time. Of the countless inspections we did, we found Adrian to be the most informative and helpful. Did not spin stories and answered all of our questions patiently and to the point. He explained clearly how the process would work and what the approximate timeframe would be to receive a response if we were to make an offer on any of his listed properties. We made an offer on a Sunday pretty late might I add. We received a confirmation from Adrian right away and were informed that we should expect to hear back from the vendor in a couple of days. Adrian got back to us with a positive outcome on Tuesday as promised. That was something we did not expect. We were pleasantly surprised to be honest. Our median average working with other agents was a minimum of 2 weeks to get a clear yes or a no. And even those 2 weeks were made stressful with constant calls to bump up the offer price, to forgo the building and pest inspections etc. etc. just under the pretext of making the offer stronger. Adrian did not cause any of that stress for us. We made an offer, checking all items we were comfortable with, the offer was presented to the vendor as is and a response provided to us all in a timely and professional manner. Adrian negated all the stress that comes with the process and for that we are eternally grateful to him. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first home.
