We employed the services of Glenn Grech of Sweeney Real Estate Agents Caroline Springs. to sell our home and boy did we make the right choice. Absolutely outstanding !!! Before choosing a real estate agent we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on local knowledge and honesty. Let me just say he was the standout. All other agents came a distant second. To say our decision was easy would be an understatement, no one else compared. His honesty and total commitment was a breath of fresh air. Client satisfaction was his motivation and WOW are we satisfied. The Sweeney Real Estate Team stood out as the best Caroline Springs has to offer. Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Glenn and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comparable houses in the area. Glenn made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips and a highly strategic marketing campaign plus a lot more. From the very first day we met Glenn he was very accommodating and helpful. Not only did he give us great advice on how to get our property sold quickly, he also helped us through the process every step of the way. Being interstate owners Glenn went out of his way to assist us with tradespeople coming through the property, he even arranged to have someone to vacuum after the plasterers left! Our house was sold within a week of Glenn marketing the property. we cannot recommend him enough. We are so pleased to have chosen Glenn as our agent.
