Disappointed
While we had a good result with the sale of the property. As a paying client, my written and verbal repeated request to the office and agent personally for sale price to be undisclosed for privacy reasons was simply ignored. Disappointment at the lack of respect and professionalism is an understatement. She received a substantial commission and she still went against my explicit wishes.

Easy to Deal with and great service
We had been looking in Altona & Hobsons Bay in general for a while & found that Julie was easy going yet professional in what she does... Nothing was too much for her and got things done and was always available. Will definately have Julie in mind when its time to sell. Thanks Julie.

We were so lucky to be dealing with Julie!
Julie helped us purchase our first home and we can't thank her enough. From the first meeting and inspecting the home, to negotiating the contract, meeting us on a Sunday to help get the contract finalised, and even keeping in communication all the way through to settlement and even after, she has made the entire process stress-free and seamless. Julie is proactive and has a real go-getter drive, she is honest, quick on her feet and extremely good at what she does.

We highly recommend Julie Burt of Sweeney Real Estate. Julie worked so hard, put in the hours, particularly under these difficult COVID-19 times and was flexible and quick to act when restrictions were enforced to ensure we would get as many potential buyers through the property as possible. She is dedicated, committed and genuine ! She has a great personality and was lovely to deal with, which made the whole sale process enjoyable. She sold our house in a week and exceeded our expectations with the result. You cant go wrong having Julie as your agent. She's the best.

What a fantastic quick working sales person Julie is. I was caught up in the Covid 19 problems and couldn't leave QLD to attend to one of my newly built Town Homes and place it onto the local selling market in Melbourne. I listed the property with Julie by a email transaction and Julie sold the property within 3 weeks during the Covid crisis.I still have not been able to leave QLD go to Melbourne too thank Julie personally . Thank you so much for your invaluable help Julie, especially as I was interstate. Your knowledge of market values were more favourable to me than other local agents values, you are spot on with what the market was doing and your knowledge of the building side was a real bonus.
