Nothing is more sarisfying than someone having your best interests at heart. I realise that real estate is cut throat and ruthless, but to have a representative from the Sweeney group represent my family from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, explanation and follow up are certainly three areas of excellence in this instant. I would recommend anyone looking at real estate in any capacity to speak with Pete. Extremely Happy
We are pleased we appointed Sweeney's and Pete Cooney to manage the sale of our property. Pete was easy to talk too and not at all pushy to get us to sign on with them. We knew what we wanted and when we wanted to do it. Pete was more than happy to work with us and provide guidance when required. We found Sweeney's and Pete to be flexible, knowledgeable , efficient in meeting deadlines and provided ideas for the sale of our property. Overall we were more than happy with the way that our property sale happened and the result they achieved for us.
