I found Daphne to be an excellent agent. She was very familiar with this segment of the market. She suggested improvements, and service providers to prepare the property for sale. She project managed the decorating,carpeting and styling of the property. She effectively negotiated with building management to allow access and to secure additional parking spaces. She approached the marketing campaign with energy and enthusiasm and provided detailed reports following each open house. When she did secure a buyer for the property, she was able to negotiate an increased offer. The end result was a successful sale and quick settlement. I would use Daphne's services again, and would recommend her services to anyone considering selling in the Darling Point/ Double Bay area.
