We first met Reuben and Sarah Khazma prior to us deciding to sell our property. Even then their professional approach to selling properties impressed us, so that when the decision to sell was made they were our first point of contact. They clearly outlined the marketing and selling process that would be involved in selling our property. They assured us that they would be working for us as vendors to ensure that they achieved the beat price. Our house was styled prior to sale and excellent photo and video were produced to support the marketing campaign. Open Houses were conducted on weekends, and we were advised by neighbours that many potential buyers inspected our property. During the following week Reuben would review with us the results from the previous weekend. It was obvious that Reuben and Sarah worked as a team.
