Sotheby’s recommended supporting trades were very competently managed by James’s team, and the trades were punctual in both quoting and undertaking necessary works to a tight timetable. James was very professional in his advice to us on the market and in positioning potential buyers.

Daphne is the Best Agent for Darling Point

Excellent Service from Nick and the whole Team!
The service provided by Nick, Sarah and the team was exceptional. Incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole sales process - from styling the home, making minor repairs, organising inspections, taking offers and post-settlement tasks. Nick and the team organised 10 home inspections over two and a half weeks, with almost 100 potential buyers coming through. Nick went above and beyond, always being contactable and closing out or sale on a Sunday. Would highly recommend their services.
