There were 2 properties that I was interested in viewing. Both had different strengths and weaknesses of what I was after but I couldn’t combine the two - obviously. Halfway through inspecting the second property I was hooked. Sam helped to negotiate with the previous owners and we were on our way to a speedy settlement. It was a pleasure working with Sam and if ever in the market again I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist her assistance and skills for the best outcome possible. Couldn’t recommend Sam highly enough!

Samantha was the agent we recently purchased our investment property through. Contracts were exchanged 5 days after my husband and I went into hospital to have our first baby.
