Tim is such an in touch, on point agent who is down to earth and always available. My parents were having a life change, leaving the family home after 20+ years to live at an aged care facility. Tim was confident in a smooth and quick process. Within 24 hours a contract, well above my parent’s expectations, was placed in front of them for signing. All staff at Synergy were so pleasant and helpful over and above expectations. I am so thankful for the smooth process provided by this group of people in this change for my family.

Tim was enthusiastic, realistic, honest, highly professional and exceeded expectations. A point of difference was that he was confident at selling at our asking price. The marketing video and photography were of a very high standard and met an agreed brief. He set and met deadlines, was considerate and discussed alternate strategies, and was never pushy. He is a good listener and provided excellent feedback on progress. We found Tim to be honest and respectful.

Our experience with Tim's team has been excellent. We didn't deal with Tim directly but his assistant Tara was persistent, knowledgeable and extremely easy to communicate with. With out her tenacity we would not of even looked at the property we eventually bought and would never of realized it was our dream home. Highly recommend Tim and his team!
