Tara made the whole process a breeze, she was professional and constantly kept us informed

Full disclosure, Tara is my daughter in-law I first listed the property with a local agent as Tim & Tara’s office is not in this area Tara and Tim looked at the previous agents marketing and after 3 months of no activity with the local agent. Tim agreed to allow Tara to take over the property listing. They came up with a fantastic marketing strategy that within 48 hours of Tara listing the property she had a signed contract, cash buyer who wanted an early settlement.
