Nilesh had provided his immense support in purchasing our first property. Most real estate agents did not shown interest in conversation when they found our budget is not enough but Nilesh was the one who was dedicated since beginning. I had almost lost hope of buying a home but he had provided help in every possible way he can, such as loan approval and property valuation. I am not hesitate to say we were able to purchase our first home only because of him. Highly recommended real estate person specially for first home buyers.

Property was sold by Nilesh, they have cheated me with the house price, here in the same compound people have brought the house with the lesser amount around 50-60k difference when it comes to my house. They have taken buyers interest as an advantage for them to push the buyer to buy the house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with these people when they want to buy a house.

Vidip is very different from all the other agents I have met during my house hunting. Apart from his professionalism what makes him different from others is his genuineness and humble attitude. He is always available for any query. Gives you the right advise … not just a sales pitch like others. He does not have that attitude of looking down upon somebody like some other agents that I have come across. I definitely believe he will rise and shine in his career because of his attitude towards his customers. I would definitely recommend others to work with him for their real estate journey.
