Property was sold by Nilesh, they have cheated me with the house price, here in the same compound people have brought the house with the lesser amount around 50-60k difference when it comes to my house. They have taken buyers interest as an advantage for them to push the buyer to buy the house. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with these people when they want to buy a house.

Vidip is very different from all the other agents I have met during my house hunting. Apart from his professionalism what makes him different from others is his genuineness and humble attitude. He is always available for any query. Gives you the right advise … not just a sales pitch like others. He does not have that attitude of looking down upon somebody like some other agents that I have come across.
