However, my property remained vacant for three months, which was financially challenging. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the team's ability to sell the property at a fair price—it was sold for significantly less than what was initially discussed. Additionally, I would advise others to carefully review the charges, as there may be additional fees, such as a "Top Agent" fee, even if the property is not sold above market value. While this fee was eventually waived, the justification for it remained unclear.
