Excellent.
Very good marketing knowledge. Did research regarding properties sold around my area.Went to Mitcham Council to confirm details regarding the property. Hard Working. Keeps me informed after every open inspection , negotiations on the property etc Very patient , Nothing is too hard for him to do.. Tamir is always available when I need advice regarding my property. He is always polite. Returns your phone calls ASAP. All in all he is an EXCELLENT AGENT. I will recommend him to my friends. The most important thing is my property was sold at the second open inspection.

Efficient and professional agent who you can not miss
Tamir is always efficient throughout everything. We have been with TDRE as our property managing and selling agent for a couple of years. ALWAYS HAPPY and SATISFIED. Tamir gave us heaps professional ideas when we were selling this time. Especially the little renovate before sell. Amazing service
Tamir is an absolutely amazing real estate agent and we cannot speak highly enough of himself and his service. We live interstate and he was able to undertake everything for us in preparing the property for sale, kept us always and regularly updated and sold the property within 7 days for above our asking price. We still cant believe the amazing result achieved and the absolutely exceptional service we received.

So, my place is *CONTRACTED* in just 7 days from going to market! I can hardly believe it Tamir. I certainly didn’t expect this result. Job done in a week and all when under social isolation with the 2020 Plague! Get out of here lol Thank you and team at TD Real Estate and our good tenant and your skilled handyman/gardener Jay for all your help and work to look after the place over the past few years and now, as we sell it on to the new owners. I hope they enjoy their lovely new home. Tamir, you were bang on the money with your marketing strategy. Your choice of photographs (and how they were taken…yes, you were right!) and excellent write up (loved the words the writer used like: ‘array’ of fruit trees and ‘vast’, ‘HUGE’ land etc) to present 10 Breamore St to just the right people, at the right price and at the right time. I’m amazed at how quickly everything has moved with this sale. Good job. Tamir, you and everyone involved in selling (and looking after everything as property manager over the past few years) have exceeded my expectations and all has gone very well. I am also very appreciative of our good tenants for making the place look nice for the sale photographs. They didn’t have to do that but they went to a lot of trouble there with lovely little touches (loved the little succulents on the bathroom sink and all spick and span and kids trophy’s etc – good stuff) Once again, thank you Tamir and team, it’s been a pleasure getting to know you and doing business with you and your associates over the past few years.
