Tamir was originally hired as a Building Broker through referral. At the time I was unaware Tamir had an Architectural Designer Service, so was impressed when Tamir offered this service. After designing the first 350m two story, 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 2 living, home theatre, walk in pantry, large kitchen, alfresco, double garage with separate storage (tradey), Tamir strongly advised that the suburb area was not capable of a capital gain in the near future. We designed a great 300m single story, 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 living / home theatre. Still an amazing design. Tamir then offered his brokerage service. I also, on the side, asked from a quote from two big builders, just to compare his service. Tamir offered 3 quotes, and drove me to all three builders, meeting and looking at show rooms etc. The building quotes ranged in price differing in $50,000 between Tamir's 3 quotes alone. These three homes were locked, floored, air conditioned, landscaped, sisalated on all interior walls, upgraded electrical and plumbing, upgraded kitchen, 100% complete. The two big builders, un-floored, non-air conditioned, non-floored, un-landscaped, hollow walled, thin gyprock, cheap electrical and plumbing. WERE STILL nearly $50,000 dearer than Tamir's most expensive builders quote. The total difference would have been over $100,000 difference to the standard i wanted (Quality control, Quality Assurance mining supervisor). Due to unforeseen circumstances, I personally had to sell the property and not commence building. Tamir sold the land for a profit of roughly $30,000 more than I paid 12 months earlier. Tamir worked hard, chased, followed every lead, and got the sale done - like he did the build. I could not expect a real estate agent to offer all the services Td Real Estate offered. I have referred numerous people to Tamir, and look forward to doing business in the not-to-distant future.

We purchased our first home with Tamir at Tamir Dunning Real Estate. You can definitely tell the difference with the communication and service from Tamir to the other real estate agencies. Before we purchased our home we looked around what's on the market and visited a few inspections. The other real estate agents were too caught up on trying to get commission (referring us to contact their mortgage broker etc) and didn't have such knowledge of the house itself when asked questions. Sometimes you just know, if you get a good feel for the real estate agent then you just just a good feel for the house too. We were definitely put off from some houses just from the real estate agent. Getting tired at this point of the service from other agencies, we were really surprised with how responsive Tamir was. He would respond to emails within the hour and follow up with any other enquiries asap. His communication and negotiation skills were top notch! He was very approachable and outgoing which made the process so much easier. He has extensive market knowledge and kept us well informed of what was in our contact. The paperwork wasn't as daunting as what we thought and he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. Before we moved in he made sure the house was spotless and followed up with us to see if we had settled in. We absolutely love our new home and we're so thankful for all the hard work Tamir had put in! I attended an open inspection Tamir Dunning Real Estate had late last year and was interested to buy. However, at the time I had not sorted out any of my financial information and was going through a personal issue also. Tamir's level of service was simply amazing and I still cannot thank him enough. Tamir was recommended to us by a Mortgage choice consultant to help us with our property development at Christies Beach. He has helped us with every aspect of the development stage from beginning to end. He has referred us to an excellent designer, surveyor and building company. He has followed up EVERY lead relating to the sales of our properties. We had four development sites to sell and unfortunately a couple of buyers had issues and the sales fell through. Tamir was straight back on the phone drumming up new buyers and we have now sold all four of our properties with minimal disruption. I also had a rental property to be let and Tamir got me a tenant within two weeks and for more money than I thought I could get!!
