Brett was a lovely young man, not at all pushy but always available and at the end of the phone for all my queries, concerns and issues. This happened both in the lead up to and during the sales period - he advised on how to get the property prepared, who I could contact to get work completed, what I should expect from the process and who to contact for conveyancing and removal. He always returned my calls and queries (and there were many!) promptly at all hours of the day and with no hint of irritation or impatience! A pleasure to deal with. Friendly during sale but there was confusion after regarding what was included in the sale with a vague contract leading to dispute. Poor after sale customer service.
