First experience with this agent and agency.. But totally bad experience
This is the first time we experienced this much worst experience with an agent. We were supposed to get the keys today at 10 am and when I contacted the agent the first thing she said is ,, well you can’t get the keys today. The unit was not clean and when i got the keys later today there was no power connected. It was disconnected for months and need to contact essential energy to connect it back again. The owner said that it was well known to the agent and nothing done in favour of us. I booked the movers to come today morning 10 and I couldn’t make it happen because I don’t have the key that time. I have now more than 100 pictures of the dirty unit which i will send it to the agent.

Keys are released once the tenancy has formally commenced and the property is ready for handover. If there was a delay earlier in the day, this would have been due to final preparations being completed prior to release.
In relation to electricity, connection of power is the responsibility of the incoming tenant. Utilities are arranged in the tenant’s name from the commencement date of the lease, and this is standard practice across rental properties. If the property had previously been disconnected, the provider will require the new tenant to organise reconnection directly.
Regarding cleanliness, please forward the photos referenced so they can be reviewed. Any items requiring attention can then be assessed and addressed accordingly.
