About Kristen

Kristen Merrion is the cornerstone of our business, as the office manager and leader of the property management division. She is an extremely experienced and passionate property manager, who is currently our office director with over a decade of superior service. Kristen has gained an intrinsic knowledge of the industry, specialising in preventative property management and mediation. Her lofty standards of service coupled with her property management acumen has meant that industry leaders seek her advice regarding significant property management matters. Kristen lends herself to a variety of community leadership programs in her spare time as she is passionate about educating the local community in prosperous career pathways as well as being the proud mother of four and maintaining a household.

About us

Tate Brownlee our principal brings almost 20 years of experience, with over 1000 transactions. His enthusiasm and negotiation skills are evident through his results, achieving a high success rate for sales in the area. Recent achievements include 5x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Banora Point and 3x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Terranora. We run a highly detailed property management division with Kristen Merrion at the helm and several sales agents. Our Office has a great culture so dealing with our professional and well-trained staff will be a pleasure.
