First experience with this agent and agency.. But totally bad experience

This is the first time we experienced this much worst experience with an agent. We were supposed to get the keys today at 10 am and when I contacted the agent the first thing she said is ,, well you can’t get the keys today. The unit was not clean and when i got the keys later today there was no power connected. It was disconnected for months and need to contact essential energy to connect it back again. The owner said that it was well known to the agent and nothing done in favour of us. I booked the movers to come today morning 10 and I couldn’t make it happen because I don’t have the key that time. I have now more than 100 pictures of the dirty unit which i will send it to the agent.
