From the very beginning, the entire Property Management Team managed by Kristen, who is amazing, have all gone above and beyond — nothing was ever too much trouble. Their communication was clear and consistent, and any maintenance or issues were handled quickly and professionally. When we made the decision to sell, everything just fell into place. The whole sales team were incredible — so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. Tate and Dave had such enthusiasm and energy that they effortlessly put into making sure our property was ready for Auction. The way they presented and marketed our property was next-level, and the final result exceeded all of our expectations. A special mention has to go to Tate, the auctioneer — what an absolute professional. Tate's energy, confidence, and ability to read the crowd on the day was truly amazing . Dave was also very involved throughout the auction, both creating an atmosphere that was both exciting and controlled, and we have no doubt their skills played a huge part in achieving such a fantastic result.
