Tate Brownlee our principal brings almost 20 years of experience, with over 1000 transactions. His enthusiasm and negotiation skills are evident through his results, achieving a high success rate for sales in the area. Recent achievements include 5x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Banora Point and 3x RateMyAgent suburb winner for Terranora. We run a highly detailed property management division with Kristen Merrion at the helm and several sales agents.
