We met Sandy and the team when the home we were renting had been put on the market. Tate Brownlee told us that they would assist us in looking for another rental house. During this time we met Sandy, who helped us with open home days and the selling process of our rental, and subsequent purchase of our new home. I can’t speak highly enough of the care, effort and honesty given to us during this time. The communication and feed back we had with Sandy was fantastic. She supported and guided us each step of the way for which we are so grateful for, as we did not think We would ever afford to buy a house at our age, but the office at Tate Brownlee were so helpful which lowered our stress levels no end. We would recommend Tate Brownlee wholeheartedly to anyone for their honest caring, and a “no pressure” attitude, but yet so Professional in conducting their business Thank you for everything, For the reception staff who were so helpful, and all the agents.
