Seller Review

I submitted to Tate my written conditions if I chose him to sell my house. Not only did he agree immediately, he signed it! (His idea, I hadn't requested that.) The suggested asking price was higher than that quoted by other agents who looked through. Through the good knowledge of buyer interest in my street, the R&H team had a data base to work from, and the house sold on the very first day! There was a hiccup (my fault), but any problems were dealt with in a calm, professional, caring manner.
