Very good Agent
I listed my premises with Catherine Taylor, she worked hard to market the property and to list the property during a difficult economic time. She was very professional with her dealings with myself, my tenant and potential buyers. She kept me well informed of visits and marketing strategies. She informed me on any potential customers and any offers on the property. She strived for an outcome that would be satisfactory to me. When I sold the property she keep me informed of all dates and relevant information concerning the sale. Catherine's business also managed my property for a number of years in a very professional manner.

Professional and approachable
Catherine was and is amazing. We also leased our investment property with Catherine and her company, and cannot find fault. Every report was thorough, and communication and maintenance was always forthcoming, accurate and stress free. We later sold our family home with Catherine. While I found it stressful, Catherine was there for every turn and always made sure we were happy. She sold our property extremely quickly and we’re very happy with the price. Excellent professional service
We asked Catherine for an evaluation of our property after speaking to two other 'leading agents' in our district. Her price idea was considerably higher that the others. We said it may take time but listed the farm with her. From this moment we were dealing with a dynamo, she arranged a photo session, advised us on some detail techniques and followed up any questions we had. She carefully qualified potential buyers so we did not waste time with dreamers. Through her expertise we had a good offer in 10 days! Then, having accepted, we though that would be the last we saw of her - but no - she kept us informed through the whole process until settlement, even visiting to see how we were going with our preparations to move. In all of this my wife and I felt like we were being treated as special, she turned up on time for any appointment, was unfailingly approachable for information and demonstrated to us the epitome of professionalism. We would recommend Catherine to any prospective seller.

Delightful and stress free
I still continue to have a relationship with Catherine even 2 yrs after my purchase that’s how comfortable she made me feel and I would highly recommend Catherine to anyone considering buying or even renting in the area she is knowledgeable professional and on top of any issues straight away and I’ve dealt with a lot of real estate agents in my time and I can honestly say I have never come across one with more integrity and wants nothing more than to make sure she gets it right for her client
