Kristy has now sold two houses for us and currently manages two rentals. During our sales she worked relentlessly with open houses and then following up potential buyers. She was available whenever we requested and that included some pretty out of normal hour times. Her advice on property presentation was invaluable and her negotiation skills among the best. She currently manages two rentals for us and makes the whole process seamless. Our last purchase settled at 12pm and Kristy had a tenant moving in at 5pm on that same day.
