What a friendly and knowledgeable character! From the moment we started to speak to Chyerl, we knew that she was down to earth and real. Watching the walk around she did for the property, she didn't sell the property, she explained it, and that what we were looking for. Chyerl is very knowledgeable with the area and was able to give us advice on certain living parameters, and has been honest and to the point since we signed. She's chased up our solicitors to make sure everything goes through and sent us reminder emails on when to have things done by.
