Tracy was extremely professional during the sale of our property, and most importantly kind. She explained every step of the process to us patiently (we did get confused at few times) and took the time to answer promptly my usually garbled messages when I didn't understand something. Tracy, before we went to market suggested how we could improve the house with a few repairs and LOTS of paint. She was encouraging and made us feel confident we would achieve a sale, which we did. I personally found the whole process overwhelming but it was Tracy's kindness and understanding that I preferred to sell a Home not an Investment which really helped, we did sell a Home. I'd highly recommend Taylor White Realty, we will be using them again ourselves in the near future.
