I interviewed three agents and chose Jakub because he had the most local knowledge and presence. From the outset I told him what I needed to walk away with dollar wise. When I signed with him and talked price range to advertise he told me couldn't go lower than what wanted to walk away with because that would be baiting. I thought "I didn't realise I was getting or even wanted an agent that was ethical especially when he was selling my house". This resulted in us picking an exact price which was an excellent strategy because it enables Jakub to say to buyers 'this is what the owner wants, he's being upfront about this'. Subsequently Jakub convinced a buyer to put in an offer higher than my listed price to ensure they got it. They did and I walked away with more than I wanted. I gave him 5 stars for all the ratings because he was excellent at all of them. If you want an honest agent who gets results, go with Jakub.

Just a little feedback regarding the property - we were extremely disappointed in how the property was left - it was filthy! We spent 8hrs Wed night (finished at 11pm) cleaning the property - this doesn't include the windows which still need attention. We have also found that the oven does not work - we planned to replace the oven anyway, but would have preferred this be disclosed to us prior to settlement. My advice to you as an agent/agency is to impress upon those vacating houses sold that it should be clean, or discussed with both parties at the bare minimum...a welcome package would have been nice too...
