Very up to date market knowledge, professional approach. We feel that we should have put a price on the property from the start. At times communication, especially with other fellow agents showing the property was lacking. eg. We'll talk soon but the follow up phone calls never came. During Melbourne Cup week, communication was very lacking. I had to call on Thursday to see if an open home was happening on Saturday and to get a time. We weren't hugely impressed overall.

I was living overseas during the sale so communication was tough, however Mel was always very easy to contact through various avenues. Sometimes the sale of your property happens quickly, without problems, and as a vendor your property seems to "just sell" without much perceived effort at all... BUT sometimes you have a series of setbacks, a false start and then a ripple effect of hurdles and it takes a lot of tough grind, constant follow up, weeks and weeks of activity without results for your agent to deal with.
