We cannot recommend Brad more highly. He is a very bright and enthusiastic guy. Having used many real estate agents in the past, we can honestly say that Brad exceeded all our expectations. He has restored our faith in the profession! Brad is very proactive and his communication with us during our sale was honest and detailed. We had a very short time frame to purchase our property and Brad was super helpful and professional! As we lived on the Sunshine Coast, Brad offered numerous inspections over skype and was more than happy to take us through our house multiple times, looking at everything in fine detail. Purchasing a house without viewing it in person first was a little nerve racking, however Brad made it an easy process for us. He has great communication skills and was more than happy to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely sell/purchase with Brad again!

Firstly, When I changed Real Estate agents to look after my rental property, I was lucky to have Natalie S to manage my property. The best property manager I have ever had. When it came to selling the property Mel was recommended to me. She worked closely with me to ascertain if my requirements and designed a program to sell the property. It went on the market on Friday. 14 enquiries on Monday morning and sold at 2.30 on Tuesday. What can I say. Fantastic. Thankyou Mel, Antelope and Rob. I am happy to deal with them again.
