The most important part in the process of selling a property is the ability of the agent to communicate regularly with the seller. Mel sure did that. We were kept informed the whole time almost daily with updates from the work her and her assistant Katie were carrying out. Mel also listened first then advised on the course of action we needed to take. The result a quick sale. Taylors Real Estate were recommended to us and of course Mel did not let the team down. Ours was a long, drawn-out sales process of over six months as we were in no hurry to sell. We had an original offer of about $ 50k below our minimum expectations so we declined. Brad was tenacious at his task in a very competitive market, that seemed to have a multitude of similar like apartments in the Airlie Beach region and was able to get our unit some good publicity in the local newspaper. One of the most important aspects of this sale, was having Brad to handle all aspects of the negotiations, given that we us vendors located in Melbourne had to rely on Brad for his continued support and regular updates.
