Not the best
Was disappointed experience with the selling of my unit on the Gold Coast recently; the first sale fell through (mainly due to COVID) but I was not notified until the day after the final day of contact, and only after I contacted the conveyancer. I then felt pressured to sell, it was sold but under the asking price. I had to chase up a buyer for the full unit of furniture, even though as part of the sale it was intimated that the furniture would be bought separately. Clearly, is my naivety in real estate but my biggest lesson is take time, don’t be rushed and good communication is everything! Trent & Cheree were great communicators, but very evident was the lack of communication by Brett.
