I could tell within seconds of meeting Michael that he was a straight shooter, which in my experience is very rare for an estate agent. We established a rapport very quickly and my trust in him was not misplaced. I shared his concern for the vendor, who was a frail 85 year old single woman, and it displayed further proof of his honesty. The three of us easily worked out a price and conditions of sale that were acceptable to all. A very rewarding experience. Kaeren and her staff have looked after the unit for the 5years I have been renting it.
