Kaeren was the sales agent for the vendor I purchased my unit from, the agent I chose to manage my property as a rental, and the agent I asked to sell my unit for me. There is no coincidence that I kept her involved in the management of my property. Her and her team are fast to respond to any queries, very good at managing tenants and being in the know, and straight talking as a sales agent. There was no inflation of value or false expectations and as a result, we sold for the value we knew it was worth in a very reasonable time frame. Kaeren and her team were excellent to deal with for over 8 years and I wish them all the best.

My wife and I initially attended an open house where Michael Smith was present. He was very helpful and after we inspected the property we mentioned it wasn't for us. He informed us that he had another open house that morning and he felt the property would suit our needs. We attended the other open house and were immediately impressed. Michael gave us all the details we required and his knowledge of the property history impressed us. We put in an offer and we now have our new home and it is currently being renovated. I would recommend Michael to any prospective buyer. He is down to earth, professional, courteous and has high integrity. This is my second property, and Kaeren made the whole transaction really easy. She recommended some conveyance lawyers for me because the propert was out of my area. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was moving along, but not so much that it was too much. She was always friendly and helpful.
